West Ham United are set to tie down Declan Rice to a new contract thanks to the funds they got from the sale of Felipe Anderson.
Rice, who was a star for England at Euro 2020 playing a defensive midfielder, is highly wanted by the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United.
However, The Sun reports that West Ham will offer Rice a mega new contract to convince him to commit to the club for the long term.
Anderson was on £100,000-a-week with the Hammers and that money could go directly towards renewing Rice.
What is unclear is whether the player would accept the offer, as it would mean a move to a top Premier League club is all but impossible in the next couple of summer transfer windows.
