Rivers United midfielder Morice Chukwu hailed the performance of wing-back, Kazie Enyinnaya for draw at Abia Warriors.
The right-back was played at his best position and shone infront of the supporters.
“Fantastic,” Morice told Lodgexpress.com of Kazie, who topped his side’s totals for tackles (four), interceptions (four) and possession gains (9) on the afternoon.
“I walked up to him and just told him as well I think he was the best performer out there. To keep out the threats posed by dangerous player like [Nweke] Kalu and don’t let him score, overall he was outstanding.
“Everyone is aware how good Kazie is and he’s proving that week after week. We still have a long season ahead of us and need every player to operate at their top level.
Morice added: “It was an overall good performance from everyone.
“Obviously the red card helps a little bit, we can’t deny that, but even before that we created moments of danger and we were very concentrated and very ready to get the good result.”
