Plateau United wing-back, Eric Oguocha, has spoken about their matchday five clash with Remo Stars in Ikenne on Sunday.
The Jos-based outfit travel to Ogun to take on high flying side, Remo Stars following their 3-0 thrashing of Heartland Football Club in matchday four.
And Oguocha who watched from the stands in their last fixture, told Lodgexpress during his pre-game interview;
“We have a tough contest on Sunday with Remo. They’re not the team we all knew three years back, quite alot has been done in their team to challenge for the title but I’m rest assured that we will get a positive result there.
“With the way we pushed Heartland on all edges during our last game, I don’t think Remo Stars will survive 45 minutes with us.
We have one of the best ‘never say die’ squad and we’re going to give them a game they’ll always live to remember.”
Oguocha sealed a Bosman transfer to Plateau United after leaving FC Ifeanyi Ubah last season following their relegation to the second tier of Nigeria football.
He has made one appearance so far and will be one of the finest players to watch on Sunday afternoon.
