Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says Thibaut Courtois will have injury scans today.
Courtois missed Sunday’s draw with Osasuna due to suffering sciatica.
His injury came from a blow to his leg and the pain will keep him out for the short-term.
Andriy Lunin played tonight and could face Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League this week.
Ancelotti said: “He’s got some tests on Monday and we’ll see if he can get back. It’s a muscular issue, I think it’s with the sciatic nerve. We’ll find out if he can play on Wednesday tomorrow.”
