Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is putting off surgery to help his side.
The Daily Star reports that Rashford will wait until after Euro 2020 this summer before he considers undergoing surgery on an ongoing shoulder injury.
Rashford suffered a muscle tear to his left shoulder back at the start of November.
It came in the Red Devils’ 1-0 Premier League loss at home to Arsenal.
And while he only sat out for a couple of weeks at the time, Rashford has been playing through despite the pain.
Discomfort has not gone away and the problem is yet to correct itself, but United’s desperation means Rashford has had to delay any proper treatment.
