Rangers International Football Club midfielder, Shedrack Asiegbu was delighted with the impact of teammate, Ossy Martin following their vital one point against Kwara United away from home over the weekend.
The midfielder was rested from the starting eleven, having shone at home during their matchday four win against Niger Tornadoes and was introduced in the 56th minutes, replacing Julius Ikechukwu at the heart of the midfield.
Reacting after the game during a post-game interview, Asiegbu hailed the summer signing as a top class forward and one of the best in the league.
“He is a great lad and is proving his worth every week and that is helping us a lot,” he said.
“He demonstrated that at Lobi Stars and I’m delighted to have him as my teammate.
Rangers are now 4th on the log with 8 points from 5 games with just three points separating them from league leaders, Remo Stars with 11 points from same number of games.
