FC Samgurali got back to winning ways following a 2-1 home victory against Matchday 9 opponents, Torpedo Kutaisi after their 2-0 away loss in Matchday 8 to FC Dinamo Batumi.
Oleg Fatherland opened the scoring for the visitors in the 17th minute which was the result that separated the both sides at halftime.
In-form striker, Sergo Kukhianidze, got the equalizer in the 37th minute with an awesome 23-yard curler effort in what would turn out to be voted as a potential goal of the season.
Dato Kirktitadze who came on as a replacement for D. Lekvtadze, stepped up and converted the ball from the penalty spot in an amazing comeback to put the home side 2-1 ahead in what would go on to be the all-needed winning goal.
Nigeria midfield majesty, Luqman Gilmore was named in the starting eleven of new manager, Soso Pruidze, who replaced ex Samgurali Coach, Ucha Sosiashvili, who base the club a farewell after Matchday Eight 2-0 loss away to FC Dinamo Batumi.
The result means FC Samgurali are 7th on the log with nine points from nine matches.
