Incoming Chelsea coach Mauricio Pochettino have already talked with the club about transfer targets.
The Blues are prepared to right the wrongs of this season and have a successful 2023/2024 campaign.
Pochettino will be confirmed as their new boss in the coming days.
According to The Independent, four transfers are already being internally mentioned within the club.
Pochettino is working with the club’s two sporting directors and co-owner Todd Boehly to ensure they target the correct players.
Declan Rice (West Ham), Harry Kane (Tottenham), Alexis Mac Allister (Brighton) and Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa) are the targets being mentioned by this source.
The Blues, however, may have to sell to buy due to Financial Fair Play constraints.
