Juventus and Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt can leave the Italian giants for a set price next summer.
The 21-year-old defender is thought to have a release clause in his contract to the tune of £130m.
But transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, has said it does not kick in until July 2022.
And that’s a move could see the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona being put on red alert to make a major swoop at the end of next season.
De Ligt signed for Juventus from Ajax for £67.5m in 2019 and is seen as a key player at the Allianz Stadium.
