Manchester United are pushing hard to sign RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko this month.
United have entered talks with Salzburg for the signing of striker Sesko this summer, although the Austrian champions are reluctant to sell their star player and have slapped a £55 million price tag on his head as a result.
However, while United are continuing to fight on all fronts for the 19-year-old, they have been sent a warning over their current situation with proceedings, as two more clubs are said to be interested in signing Sesko this summer, reports transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano has claimed that United are working “fast” on the transfer but “two more clubs” have entered the running, although they remain unnamed as things stand.
United have struggled all summer to get a deal over the line for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong and will be desperate to not let the same thing happen again here.
