Manchester United defensive midfielder Casemiro has spoken about the challenge for Brazil following an injury suffered by talisman Neymar.
The PSG winger is set to miss the remainder of the group stage for the South American side with a knee problem.
Brazil, who grabbed a win in their first game against Serbia, will be hoping to cruise into the last 16 when Neymar may be available again.
Casemiro told reporters: “He is one of the best players in the world and, unfortunately, he will not be there for the next game.
“We have quality players, but, when comparing them with Neymar, it’s difficult to find one at his level.
“We have other players who are playing well: Vinicius, Raphinha, Richarlison, Jesus, Rodrygo, Martinelli… the range of options is broad, which is good for us, but we have to be realistic and accept that Neymar is the best player in our team.”
