Manchester United midfielder Casemiro says it was once the proper time to leave Real Madrid last summer.
Casemiro enjoyed a superb first season at Old Trafford.
“It was a chance to leave for a big club at the top at an age when I still had that willpower. Had it been two or three years before, I would not have left Real Madrid for another club. I had not had the ambition to change leagues,” he told Placar.
“Everyone at the club has always been very welcoming.
“I felt loved from day one, which was not easy after being at Real Madrid for ten years. It was a very good mix, from the fans, the staff and the players, and it has been very important for my transfer.”
