Veteran Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has offered himself to Real Madrid in a bid to escape Old Trafford.
Ronaldo opened up that he felt United had betrayed him in a tell-all interview with Piers Morgan last week.
And amid the fallout of the interview, Ronaldo has now offered himself to Real Madrid on a six-month contract, says Sport.
The Spanish outlet claim Ronaldo wants to return to the Spanish giants as a replacement for the injured Karim Benzema in January.
Benzema was forced to pull out of France’s World Cup squad after picking up a thigh injury – though Didier Deschamps confirmed he would not be calling up a replacement for the Ballon d’Or winner.
