Manchester United are turning their attention to PSV Eindhoven star Cody Gakpo.
The wide forward, who plays on the left-wing, is the alternative to Ajax star Antony.
The Red Devils were eager to secure the Brazil forward from manager Erik ten Hag’s former club.
However, Ajax have put a prohibitive price tag on his signature, per The Athletic.
They rejected a fee of as high as €80 million, which means United will move on to Gakpo.
The Netherlands star is happy at PSV, but will be tempted by a move to the Premier League.
United are also close to signing Casemiro from Real Madrid.
