Manchester United centre-back Eric Bailly is set to join Marseille on a season-long loan.
The Ivory Coast international is not first-choice at United, as he is being Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Harry Maguire, and Victor Lindelof in the pecking order.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that United and Marseille are closing in on a deal that will see Bailly spend the year in France.
The deal will likely include a mandatory buy option if Marseille qualify for the Champions League.
The 28-year-old has been with United since 2016, but has struggled to stay fit througohut his tenure with the English giants.
