Liverpool and Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino is an injury doubt for their Champions League second leg clash with RB Leipzig.
Jurgen Klopp’s men will meet the RBL once again inside Budapest’s Puskas Arena as they hope to build upon a 2-0 aggregate lead and secure their place in the quarter-finals of the competition.
But Liverpool may have to to do that without Firmino, who was not involved in training on Monday due to a knee issue.
The Brazilian was absent in weekend’s loss to Fulham, in which Liverpool recorded an historic sixth consecutive home defeat at Anfield.
It is also reported that a late call will be made on the fitness of Rob, with the returning Diogo Jota poised to take his place in the starting berth.
