Everton are bracing to see Colombian playmaker James Rodriguez leave the club.
James joined the Toffees largely due to his relationship with ex coach Carlo Ancelotti.
As Ancelotti is now at Real Madrid, Rodriguez wants to move on as well.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim Everton may also be happy to sell as it would remove Rodriguez’s high wages from their salary bill.
The 29-year-old had a decent season, but struggled for form and fitness towards the back end of the campaign.
A reunion with Ancelotti at Real seems unlikely, but Atletico Madrid, Napoli and AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign James.
