Inter Milan right-back Denzel Dumfries is enjoying his World Cup experience with the Dutch national team.
Netherlands won their first game against Senegal this week.
Dumfries said, “This is a very special group.
“You notice it during dinner, for example.
“The places at the table change constantly because everyone gets along with everyone, it doesn’t matter who you sit with.
“And this unity can be fundamental for us.”
Dumfries also praised the impact of Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk.
“Virgil van Dijk is one of the best, if not the best defender in the world.
“And he also brings his enormous presence. Virgil is fundamental to this group.”
