The maiden Women’s Clásico was played yesterday, Sunday January 31, at Johan Cruyff Stadium, and it was Barça ladies who emerged victorious over Real Madrid (4-1) to secure their 13th consecutive win in the ongoing Iberdrola League.
Real Madrid goalkeeper had little to do just before the quarter hour, nevertheless, as Alexia Putellas bagged her 100th goal in the league with Barcelona. Just nine minutes later, in-form Spaniard, Jennifer Hermoso added another.

The Clásico victory means Barça Ladies remain unbeaten in the Iberdrola League, and their 13 victories in 13 matches, scoring 70 goals andnco conceding just 3. The victory also keeps them five points ahead of Real Madrid and Levante on the log.
