Former England international Tom Huddlestone is delighted to join Manchester United as a player-coach for the Under-21s.
Huddlestone, who played for the likes of Tottenham in the Premier League, will be working with the club’s youngsters this season.
He takes the place of Paul McShane, who was also filling a similar role last season.
Writing on his official Twitter account, Huddlestone stated: “Over the moon to announce I have been given the opportunity at this amazing football club to help coach and develop the next generation of talent coming through the system.
“Grateful and honoured, now time to give back to the younger generation.”
