Manchester United starhas said a half-time team talk propelled them to a come from behind win against Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday.
United went behind in the game in London, thanks to a cooly converted finish from Heung-Min Son.
Spurs couldn’t hold onto their lead, which has been an issue for them all season, and United went on to claim a 3-1 win.
Fred got on the scoresheet for the equaliser for United, with veteran forward, Cavani and Mason Greenwood goals sealing the win.
Asked about the game, Fred told the club’s website: “First-half we did not play well but in half-time we talk a lot in the dressing room.
“In the second-half we started playing well, playing more of the ball, played side-to-side and we had the space in the game.
“It was good. We scored the first goal, Edi opened the space for me.”
