Dakkada Football Club playmaker Adewale Lasisi netted in their thumping defeat to Katsina United on Wednesday.
The trickster who has enjoyed game time under Umar Danlami this term, given his impressive start to life in the Nigeria topflight division, scored his side’s only goal in the 4-1 loss.
Lasisi who entered the game as a substitute was impressive on the afternoon, with his touches and flicks exciting the crowd in attendance.
Despite Dakkada Football Club losing the game 4-1, Lasisi getting a goal in the 51st minute and putting in a positive display will be good news for the team who are currently being threatened by relegation.
It was his first goal for the Uyo-based outfit and also his first in the league and he will be hoping he gets on the scoresheet on many different occasions in the coming weeks and months, after his team’s difficult start to the season where they’re sitted 19th on the log and level on points (15) with 20th placed MFM FC.
