Lobi Stars midfielder Chinedu Ufere was satisfied with their 0-0 draw against Katsina United yesterday, Wednesday January 19.
The Ortom Boys picked up their second point of the season away from home, with Ufere being superb in all of Lobi Stars’ games this season since joining from Kwara United.
“I am very delighted with the overall performance of the lads in today’s game,” Ufere told Lodgexpress.com.
“We tried everything to register a goal, but Katsina United are a strong team and it was also very hot. We’re working all together as a team and we have a good squad and hopefully will win the next match.”
Lobi Stars returns to Makurdi this Sunday to welcome Enyimba Football Club in matchday 8 and currently occupy the 10th spot on the log with 9 points from 7 games.
