Chelsea forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has announced he wants to return to Spain to reunite with Barcelona.
Aubameyang left the Blaugrana outfit for Chelsea back in August, but the move has been a disaster for the Gabon international.
Sport reports that the veteran is hopeful of a release from his contract by Chelsea this summer in order to free himself up to re-sign for Barcelona.
Just yesterday, Aubameyang openly declared hopes of returning to Camp Nou.
Quizzed about his plans on the DjamLife Tiktok channel, Aubameyang said: “I’d like to return to Barcelona… but we will see.”
