Chelsea have joined the transfer scramble for France and Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
Sevilla are set to sell the Frenct this summer to help balance the books.
And as such, they have decided to lower their asking price from €90m to €60m before this summer’s transfer window shuts.
And La Colina De Nervion says Chelsea have now developed interest in Koundé.
Nevertheless, Chelsea will battle for his signature, with Arsenal, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona also keen.
Koundé joined from Bordeaux for the 2019/2020 season. His contract with Sevilla runs until the summer of 2024.
