Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel wants to make high profile signings in the summer to help his team challenge for the title.
The German tactician knows he will be expected to challenge for the Premier League next term, or risk losing his job.
And according to reports from Sky Sports News, Chelsea want Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
Another transfer target is David Alaba of Bayern Munich, who will be a free agent.
The London side will have money to spend, and Haaland is the striker they see completing their attacking department.
Meanwhile, David Alaba is 28 and could fit in at left back, defensive midfield or central defence.
Real Madrid have been linked with the versatile Austrian, but an official deal has not been announced.
