Chelsea are reported to be holding talks with the representatives of Paulo Dybala to discuss about a transfer.
The Argentine international, who shone at Roma last season following a free transfer move, is a hot property in the market this summer.
With Roma having financial issues, and Dybala wanting to play in the Champions League, he can also be up for sale.
Per transfer journalist Pedro Almeida, Chelsea have made contact with Dybala’s camp.
However, the Stamford Bridge club have no European football to offer, whilst they have many players in attacking roles already at the club.
Dybala might also be interested, given Chelsea can likely double or triple the wages he earns at Roma.
