French Ligue 1 side, AS Monaco are willing to cough up to land Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
The Uruguay midfielder, currently on-loan with Atletico Madrid, is being linked with a return to the Gunners before being loaned out again.
But TMW reports that Monaco have made a serious move for Lucas Torreira.
Monaco have reportedly offered a three-year contract to the midfielder and are prepared to negotiate a fee with Arsenal.
Lazio, Fiorentina, and Torino are also interested in Torreira.
