Arsenal have expressed confidence that youngster Emile Smith Rowe will out a pen to paper on a new deal.

The 20-year-old managed four goals and seven assists in all competitions last term, with his first Premier League start coming on Boxing Day.
Smith Rowe was a key part of Arsenal’s revival in the second half of the campaign.
Head of football operations Richard Garlick is talking to all relevant first team players about contracts, which includes Smith Rowe.
