Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has not opened up on speculation that his side are linked with a move for Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Ramsdale has emerged as a primary target for the Gunners late in this transfer window.
Several reputable English sources have reported Arsenal will go back in with another bid for Ramsdale, while the Blades want £30 million.
“I don’t know what will happen. We train with the players we have that are available. We try to improve the team with players. The window is still open,” Arteta said when asked about Ramsdale following his side’s 1-0 defeat to Tottenham in a preseason friendly.
Arsenal do have first choice keeper Bernd Leno in place ahead of the new season, which means any move for Ramsdale may not be time sensitive.
