Wikki Tourists defender Nelson Abiam says he’s learning a new type of football under manager Kabiru Dogo.
Abiam has been full of delight for Dogo since his arrival, and believes the harmony that currently exists between the squad has helped them progress this term.
Wikki Tourists are currently 9th on the table and are hopeful of finishing the season in top FOUR with only five points separating them from 4th placed side, Remo Stars.
“The atmosphere at the club is quite brilliant,” Abiam told Lodgexpress.
“It’s been brilliant and I can’t speak more highly of the boss and his staff. Every member of the technical crew – all the people he came with are all brilliant both in their tactical set-up and other areas.
“Everyone at the club is enjoying and learning a new style of football and trying to be a little bit more aggressive. We’ve got a different new approach and much learning to do and a lot of playing football to get better, but what’s important here is that we keep on doing that now.”
Their next fixture this weekend will be a trip to Jos to take on Plateau United.
