Rangers captain Uchechukwu John says he is not too bothered by the manner in which the Flying Antelopes secure victories.
Abdul Maikaba’s men had won two matches at home in a row without conceding a goal before coming from behind to defeat Bayelsa United 2-1 in their last outing on Sunday.
Uche did a superb job of marshalling the Rangers’ backline to another victory in a result that saw them still remain at 7th position in group B standing.
“I think any type of win is very satisfying,” the center-back told Lodgexpress.com.
“When you win 5-0 it makes it a bit easier, of course, but when you come from behind I think it’s also a very good feeling. It’s satisfying when you play a hard game like that.
“I remember how I celebrated with Chidi Ezeh at the end of the Bayelsa United game – it was great to come back like we did that day.
“But it was also great to get the results like we did against Dakkada and Doma United, so I get satisfaction from both.”
