The Nigeria Professional Football League title race keeps getting interesting each match week with Rivers United streaking their undefeat run to maintain their stay on top of the table and Plateau United providing a really good rival following their 1-0 win against Niger Tornadoes along with Remo Stars 1-0 win over MFM FC.
Clubs like Wikki Tourists, Dakkada, Nasarawa United, Abia Warriors and Enugu Rangers also enjoyed a good day at the office following their respective victories in the matchday.

He has never conceded more than 1 goal in his career when playing against Kano Pillars. It was also the goalie’s first game as captain of Akwa United and he kept his 9️⃣th cleansheet.
