Rivers United welcomed their new signing, center-back Endurance Ebedebiri, to the home crowd on Thursday in a rescheduled matchday one fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The game, played on at Adokiye Amiesimaka stadium, saw Rivers United triumph with a convincing 2-0 victory.
Endurance Ebedebiri, who recently made the move from Bayelsa United, had an outstanding home debut. He was handed a starting position and partnered with Temple Emekayi at the heart of the defense. Their formidable partnership played a significant role in the team’s success on the evening.
