Plateau United defender Andrew Ikefe is delighted to return to full fitness.
The Nigerian centre-back is fit and was an unused substitute against Rivers United during their 1-0 win on Sunday.
His last appearance was during their matchday 10 away victory at Enugu Rangers and he’s all set for full time actions in their subsequent matches.
Reacting to their third consecutive victory, Ikefe told Lodgexpress.com: “I’m really delighted with the way the players have handled things on the pitch. I’ve always said that I’m really pleased to be here and happy.
“I try to give everything to my team to help them whenever I’m on the pitch, and push hard, to help the coach to win matches and, to help the club in general.
“I give my best for the team’s success so at the end, I feel so happy when I play.
Reacting to his he feels when his team loses a game, Ikefe added;
“Of course I fe disappointed just like the rest of the players because I always want to win every week, but right now, I’m delighted to come back again.”
