Deputy Echeta contributed to yet another valuable point for Bendel Insurance in their domineering campaign in the Nigeria Premier Football League on Sunday.
The attacker made his 18th Insurance appearance in the away fixture with Nasarawa United, scoring his side’s first goal in the eventual 1-1 draw.

Echeta has been involved in all their league games this season – eight wins and ten draws – and after helping the Benin Arsenal secure their 18th unbeaten run in Jos, he is determined to continue adding to those numbers in the Super Six playoffs.
He told Lodgexpress official website: “I hope there are a few more coming than 18!
“I am very happy, it is important to go game by game and try to win or avoid a defeat, it doesn’t matter if it is the NPFL or the Federation Cup.
“That is simply what we have been doing and that is why we will be dangerous until the end – because we believe in ourselves and go from game to game until we’ve accomplished our season’s objective.”
Chinedu Ohanachom equalised for Nasarawa United with a 51st minute goal, after Deputy Echeta had opened the scoring for the visitors in the 28th minute.
