Mark your calendars because it’s happening this Monday when Sporting Lagos welcomes Gombe United for their very first game in the NPFL.
Sporting Lagos, founded in 2022, earned their promotion from the second division, and Nnamdi will be part of the historic squad taking the club to the top flight.
Nnamdi Anthony, who arrived from Dakkada following their relegation at the end of the 2022/2023 season, brings a fresh spark to the team. Fun fact: he’s also the younger brother of Akwa United defender Franklin Anthony!
