Remo Stars goalkeeper Kayode Bankole admits he loved the experience of beating Shooting Stars in front of a large home crowd.
Bankole kept his first clean sheet of the season as the Sky Blue stars defeat 3SC 3-0 on Wednesday.
He later told Lodgexpress official website: “It was incredibly delicious.
“It proves how much it means to our fans. It has been a special day and it was great to be able to give it back to the fans.
“We have had a great start to the season, and continued here with three goals, three points and a clean sheet in win no.4.
“The fans were brilliant. They came out in their thousands and the atmosphere was brilliant, so all credit to them.
