Enyimba Int’l attacking sensation Eze Ekwutoziam admits the team’s locker room is “buzzing” following an exciting matchday 4 victory over Kwara United on Sunday.
The versatile winger was a menacing presence for Kwara United defenders after he was handed enough space to unleash his dribbling masterclass. The opportunities he created had a huge role in the game that striker Chukwuemeka Obioma netted twice and debutant Adebambo added one – his first goal in Enyimba colors.
Ekwutoziam later told Lodgexpress official website post-game: “The way we have reacted to that defeat at Plateau United has been really fantastic.
“The manager has got behind us and has showed he has much belief in us and the players have reacted quickly. All we are doing is working hard to prove something this season.
Reacting when asked about this side’s dressing room atmosphere following the victory, Ekwutoziam added;
“There was a really great feeling in the locker room after the Kwara game. It was such an important game for the players and the fans and we’re all buzzing to have won.”
