Enyimba star man Eze Ekwutoziam was delighted with 1-0 victory at El-Kanemi Warriors in matchday 16 on Sunday.
It marked Ekwutoziam’s first appearance in Enyimba shirt after sitting out in their last three games.
“We are doing really well, we came here and won 1-0 after a good display and need to continue like this,” the utility man told Lodgexpress official website.
“It was special for me, as I had been out for our last three games, so it was a real pleasure to be back in action in the second half.
“We want to play our last two games the way we did here. The ball didn’t want to go in during the first half, otherwise it would’ve been all over by then, but we broke through eventually and won 1-0.
“With this victory, we ended a perfect week in terms of points. The happy period is right before us, let’s now look ahead and think about the remaining games.”
