Eze Ekwutoziam admits Enyimba’s stalemate with Akwa United on Wednesday was a “slip”.
Ekwutoziam came on as a substitute in the 0-0 draw.
“We have let slip two important points that are crucial to finishing at the top spot of the league.
“That was a game we should have won but we weren’t able to. We will analyse it later but at this moment we have to keep working hard as always and give everything to qualify for the final rounds. I want to be able to gel with everyone, I want to play and I always want to give everything for the team.
“We need everyone in the squad. We’re all in perfect shape and want to give our best for the team. We’re as relaxed as we always are and are basking good especially from the euphoria of our opening day away victory at Nasarawa United. There’re just a few small things we’ll work on especially in front of goal and I’m sure that when that is done, we will go on getting better.”
