Akwa United new defender Franklin Anthony will not make his official debut for the club this weekend against Bayelsa United.
This is because Franklin has been omitted from the travelling squad due to not feeling well ahead of the trip.
But here’s the exciting update!
Franklin’s highly anticipated debut, since his arrival from Enugu Rangers, will very much likely be on matchday two. That’s when he’ll face Sporting Lagos, a team his younger brother, Nnamdi Anthony, plays for.
