Mr Mallam Zubairu, a middle-aged man, who visited the Jos University Teaching Hospital JUTH for his rountine medical checkup for an undisclosed ailment, has lost his life after he was run over by a vehicle on the hospital premises.
His family members say the late Zubairu who stays in Lamingo, Jos East Local Government Area of the state, had finished his appointment with his physician and was on his way to the car park to wait for his son who had gone in search of a motorcycle that would convey them home.
He is said to have collapsed while walking and the vehicle ran over him. He was immediately rushed to the emergency section of the hospital but he sadly passed away.
