A newborn baby boy has been discovered dead inside a gutter in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue state.
The remains of the baby which was placed on a carton, was discovered by residents at JS Tarkaa Way on Wednesday night, January 20, 2021.
The discovery was said to have left many eyewitnesses and residents stunned and angry. One Comr Tyotule, who posted pictures taken from the scene said whoever dumped the baby shall have no peace.
“Gboko girls why. This bouncing baby boy was dumped in a gutter yesterday night at JS Tarkar Way. Mesage to the girl. You shall have no peace.”
Simeon Kwaghbula wrote: “LIFE IS MYSTERIOUS…. WHILE OTHERS ARE FASTING AND PRAYING TO HAVE A BABY, Someone delivered a baby, then threw the baby in a gutter and the baby died”
