Nigerian scholar and critic, Raymond Consider has taken a jibe at a popular Nigerian church, The Deeper Life Bible Church over it’s past doctrine and belief system that discourages it’s members from owning a television set.
Raymond who didn’t mention the name of the church while making his post on Facebook today, Sunday, March 7, attached a picture of a worship center allegedly belonging to The Deeper Life Bible Church, headed by Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, where he blasted the church for making it’s members believe that the television sets were ‘evil’ and ‘ungodly’, thereby making them destroy, sellout or burn the ‘satanic appliance’ which could lead them to hell fire.
