Four arrested by NDLEA with 298 bags of Indian hemp

Four suspects have been apprehended with 298 bags of Indian hemp by the Kaduna State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.

Mr Ibrahim Braji, the state Commander of NDLEA, said the suspects were nabbed on the evening of January 3, at Tasu Mahuta community on Refinery Road, Chikun Local Government Area of the state.

The four suspects, two males and two females and bags of Indian hemp weighing 3,576kg were recovered from their possession.

NDLEA operatives are now investigating the matter to unravel other suspects for arrest and prosecution.
