Governor of Delta state, Ifeanyi Okowa, is currently mourning following the demise of his father, Sir Arthur Okowa.
The governor’s dad slept on in the early hours of Thursday, January 28.
Sir Arthur, born in 1932 in Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of the state, died at 89.
