A man has passed away after a sparodic shooting outside a medical facility in Paris, police reports.
Two persons were shot by an gunman outside the Henry Dunant private medical facility in the 16th arrondissement at about 1:40pm on Monday afternoon, April 12, Reuters reports.
A police who confirmed the occurrence said one person died, while another got injured and was being treated at the hospital in front of which he had been shot.
The attacker immediately escaped on a motorcycle, the source said, adding that his identitity was unknown and the motive for the attack remains uncertain.
BFM TV said the person killed is a man and the person injured is a laduy who was working as a security agent for the hospital.
Henry Dunant, owned by the French Red Cross, is also currently being used as a Covid-19 vaccination centre.
